500F LqTM HIGH PERFORMANCE MACHINE & CHAIN LUBRICANT

Kem-A-TrixTM 500F LqTM Machine & Chain Lubricant has been designed to cling like a magnet to fast moving machine parts. 500FTM has been engineered to perform under temperatures of -40ºF to 500ºF (-40ºC to 260ºC) and resists being thrown off protected parts; this maximizes lubricant performance, extends machinery life and cuts plant downtime. Based on advanced olefin technology and carefully selected additives, 500FTM Machine & Chain Lubricant provides anti-corrosive and demulsibility properties, making it a useful ally in humid work environments with severe operating conditions.

Product Applications

 

500F LqTM Machine & Chain Lubricant has a long history of successful uses in applications related to prepared foods, bottled drinks and other snacks and food items, such as bread, cake, tortillas, pita bread, biscuits, frozen dishes and juices. (Recommended for use in Gyro/GCO brand ovens.) This high-performance lubricant will provide exceptional value protecting drive and conveyor chains, sprockets, belts, shafts, machine gears, oven hinges, milling rolls, wire ropes and any moving parts working in environments of high heat and high humidity. It has also successfully served as a release agent and provided trouble-free lubrication and protection for chains even under water. For applications with temperatures greater than 500ºF (260ºC), ask for Kem-A-TrixTM 00TTM 800F Belt & Chain Lubricant.
